At least eight individuals were reported dead following Israeli airstrikes on an Iranian consulate annex in Syria’s capital, Damascus, on Monday, April 1st. Iranian state media disclosed that among the casualties was Brigadier General Mohammad Reza Zahedi, a senior commander with the Quds Force of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps.
